As a first step, you can try relocating your mobile phone by using Find My iPhone or Android's Device Manager. This may help you locate your mobile if it is simply lost or misplaced.

If you suspect someone might have access to your device as well as your Shoal app, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible, who will help to freeze and secure your account.

We also recommend changing the password to the email address that is linked to your Shoal account.
