Basic troubleshooting:
Try logging out, and then logging back into the app
Try uninstalling, and then reinstalling the app
Ensure that you're running the latest version of the app (for Shoal's test version you can do that through your TestFlight app if you are using an iPhone, or App Tester if you are on Android)
