For security purposes, it's important to keep your personal details updated. Any changes to your home address, mobile number or email address should be reflected in your account.
You can request any changes by contacting our support team via in-app chat in the 'Support' tab of the Shoal app, or by sending an email to support@shoalapp.co.uk.
When contacting us by email, please make sure you are using the email address you signed up with.
We'll ask for some basic security information, and for some changes, we may ask you for further documentation such as a picture of a valid document such as a recent utility bill, updated photo ID, deed poll or marriage certificate.
