During the verification process, you will need an official ID such as a passport or a driver’s licence as proof of identity.

When uploading your document, please make sure:

  • The photo is not blurry

  • There is enough lighting

  • The ID is clean and legible

  • The ID is valid and in date

  • That you capture a picture of the entire document.

Partial photos or photos in which the full document is not visible will be rejected.

📝 Note: Customer support will not be able to accept your ID via email. ID must be submitted via the verification process in the Shoal app.
