For security purposes, Shoal will send you an OTP (one-time password) to the mobile number linked to your Shoal account. This makes sure that only you can access your Shoal account.

  • Allow a few minutes to pass before requesting another verification code

  • Make sure you have network coverage when requesting an OTP

  • Ensure you're using a UK mobile number

If you have lost your phone, or if you are trying to verify your phone number for a mobile device that you no longer have access to, please contact Customer Support.
